Bread Sticks/Stix

Sticks or Stix? Either way a YUMMY snack!

Preparations:

  • 7 Grain Multi-Grain Bucket

  • Course Kosher Salt

  1. Reach into your 7 Grain Multi-Grain Bucket of Bread and take out a small amount of dough.

  2. Roll the dough into a snake shape with a diameter no bigger than a dime.

  3. Lightly sprinkle some larger grain salt, such as Kosher salt, and push it slightly into the dough.

  4. Using your favorite non-stick method, place the dough snake onto the cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for about 15 minutes at 450 degrees F.

  6. Check on the sticks at the 10 and 15 minute marks and turn if needed.

  7. When crispy (but not burnt) take out the bread sticks and let cool.

  8. Voila! A very yummy snack for you to enjoy.


These go great with beverages and friends!
